Refining technique. Developing artistry.
The Teen years are about bringing together everything dancers have learned throughout their competitive journey.
Technical consistency, musicality, performance quality, and versatility continue to develop as dancers tackle increasingly challenging choreography and more advanced technical expectations. Dancers are encouraged to think critically about movement, apply corrections independently, and develop the confidence to perform with maturity, authenticity, and purpose.
As experienced members of the Competitive Program, Teen dancers also play an important role in creating the positive, supportive culture that defines Studio C.

Looking ahead
For most dancers, the Teen Program represents the final stage of their competitive journey before graduation. For some, it serves as preparation for post-secondary dance training, teaching opportunities, or continued involvement in the dance community.
Whatever their future goals may be, our hope is that every Teen dancer leaves Studio C with strong technical skills, lasting friendships, confidence in themselves, and a lifelong love of dance.
