Instructor

Amber grew up dancing at Studio C, beginning her training at the age of three and competing as a member of the Studio C Competitive Team until graduating from high school. As a competitive dancer, she earned numerous Overall and Judges’ Special Awards for both her solo and group performances. Amber also spent many years as a Studio C Class Assistant, developing her early teaching experience and building strong relationships with dancers throughout the studio.

 

After graduating, Amber remained in Cornwall to pursue her education at St. Lawrence College, where she earned her diploma in Practical Nursing. She now works as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) while remaining connected to Studio C as a valued occasional instructor.

 

In 2025, Amber returned to the stage alongside fellow Studio C alumna Mia Stirling for Dancing with the CCH Stars, a major fundraiser in support of Cornwall Community Hospital. Together, Amber and Mia placed third overall and received high praise from the judges for their dance technique and performance.

 

Throughout her adult years, Amber has maintained a strong connection to Studio C and continues to return to the classroom whenever her schedule allows. Her history as a Studio C dancer, competitor, Class Assistant, and instructor makes her a familiar and much-loved member of our Studio C faculty.
